We are looking for a MuleSoft Administrator responsible for managing, supporting, and maintaining theMuleSoft Anypoint Platform environment. The role involves platform administration, monitoring APIs,troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring platform stability and security.Roles & ResponsibilitiesPlatform Administration• Manage and administer the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform including Runtime Manager, APIManager, and Exchange.• Perform installation, configuration, and upgrades of MuleSoft runtimes and platformcomponents.• Manage CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, and On-Prem deployments.Monitoring & SupportMonitor APIs, integrations, and runtime environments.Troubleshoot performance issues, failures, and connectivity problems.Configure alerts, logging, and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Datadog, or Dynatrace.Security & Access ManagementManage user roles, permissions, and environment access.Implement security policies, TLS certificates, and API gateways.Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards. Deployment & Environment Management • Support CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab. • Manage DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD environments. • Support application deployments and rollbacks. Performance & Capacity Planning • Monitor CPU, memory, and worker utilization. • Optimize runtime performance and scale workers when required. • Manage API traffic and throttling policies. Incident & Change Management • Work with development teams for incident resolution. • Support change management processes and maintenance windows. • Maintain documentation and operational runbooks. Required Skills • Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform administration • Knowledge of API management and integration platforms • Experience with CloudHub and Runtime Fabric • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs • Experience with Linux administration • Knowledge of networking (DNS, Load balancers, firewalls)Generic Managerial Skills, If anyStrong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform administrationKnowledge of API management and integration platformsExperience with CloudHub and Runtime FabricFamiliarity with REST/SOAP APIsExperience with Linux administrationKnowledge of networking (DNS, Load balancers, firewalls)Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
