Sales Representative

We are a leading wholesale airplant grower and distributor serving a diverse range of retail businesses across the country. Our vibrant, high-quality airplants are known for their beauty, resilience, and customer appeal — and now, we're looking for an experienced Sales Representative to help expand our reach and support our continued growth. What You’ll Do: Develop and manage B2B customer relationships with retail stores, garden centers, florists, and other resellers. Proactively seek out and close new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and in-person visits. Maintain and grow existing client accounts by providing outstanding service and plant knowledge. Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Track sales activity and meet or exceed monthly targets. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or wholesale distribution. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently. Passion for plants or prior experience in horticulture is a plus. Must be able to work on-site in our Oakhurst, CA sales office. Compensation & Benefits: $25-30/hr starting wage 2.5+% commission on sales (increases to 5+% after 1 year of employment) - Depending on experience Flexible 30-hour workweek Room to grow within a thriving, plant-loving company Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week Work Location: In person
