Job DescriptionManage and optimize the performance of a diverse portfolio of high design for mid-high rise, mixed-use, multifamily, and commercial properties.
Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize revenue and value.
Collaborate with all internal teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for property improvements and cost savings.
Maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant5+ years of mid-high rise, mixed-use, and multifamily experience is essential to this role, coming from a developer, property manager or non-profit organization.
A solid understanding of the property industry, including asset management and real estate principles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and create detailed reports.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
Proficiency with property management software and financial modeling tools.
A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
