Speech Language Pathologist

Responsibilities: - Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders - Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results - Provide therapy services to clients with speech and language disorders - Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records - Provide case management for clients, including coordinating services and referrals Qualifications: - Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program - Valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology - Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) - Experience working with individuals with speech and language disorders - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of relevant assessment tools and therapeutic techniques Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
