Database System Analyst

ccel bi is looking for an experienced Database / System Analyst to support enterprise data, systems integration, and modernization initiatives for public-sector and infrastructure-focused clients. This role will be responsible for analyzing system requirements, supporting data architecture and integration activities, and helping ensure that enterprise applications, data environments, and operational workflows function reliably and efficiently.The ideal candidate will have experience with database analysis, enterprise systems, data mapping, integration support, and business/system requirements translation in technically complex environments.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business and system requirements to support enterprise application and data initiativesSupport database structure review, data mapping, data validation, and system integration activitiesAssist in identifying data dependencies, process gaps, and system improvement opportunitiesWork with technical and business teams to support application configuration, testing, and deploymentSupport data migration, interface design, and interoperability across enterprise platformsPrepare system documentation, workflow analysis, and functional specificationsHelp ensure data accuracy, usability, and alignment with operational needsPreferred QualificationsExperience as a Database Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role in enterprise environmentsStrong understanding of data structures, system analysis, requirements gathering, and integration supportExperience with enterprise applications, databases, and business process analysisFamiliarity with GIS, ECM, asset management, ERP, or public-sector systems is a plusStrong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
