We are dedicated to pushing boundaries, nurturing human connections, and delivering transformative design solutions.As our studio grows, we are looking for someone who can take ownership of the interior arm of the practice, working closely with the principal while bringing clarity, rigor, and leadership to how interiors are designed and executed. We hope that this individual is passionate about design and has rich experience with modern residential and commercial projects, especially familiar with FFE in the local/global market and interior detailing.In this role, you will also influence and further develop the firm’s design philosophy while taking the lead. The candidate should enjoy seeing their designs take shape from inception to fully constructed projects.ResponsibilitiesLead interior architecture across multiple projects from concept through construction (SD, DD, CD, CA)Develop and oversee material palettes, spatial strategies, and interior detailing systemsEnsure interiors are fully integrated with architectural designPrepare and coordinate interior drawing sets (plans, elevations, details)Guide and mentor team members working on interiorsCoordinate with consultants, fabricators, and contractorsParticipate in construction administration and site coordination Qualifications8–15+ years of experience, with a strong focus on high-end residential interior architecture and commercial interior.Proven ability to lead projects through constructionStrong understanding of materials, assemblies, and detailingExperience working closely with architects in integrated teamsAbility to move between concept and technical resolutionProficiency in Revit and RhinoStrong communication, organization, and leadership skillsBased in the Bay Area and able to work in personSALARY RANGESalary commensurate with experienceBonus based on performanceAt Moment X, our employee’s wellness and happiness is a top priority.
