Technical Program Manager – Fixed-Bid Programs

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, integrated fixed-bid technical programs across multiple workstreams.Own integrated planning, milestones, release gates, acceptance criteria, RAID management, and program closeout.Manage budgets, burn rates, CapEx/OpEx, scope, change control, and fixed-bid financial governance.Coordinate third-party suppliers and ensure delivery aligns with SOWs, milestones, and master schedules.Drive RACI, executive reporting, stakeholder alignment, and clear communication across technical and leadership teams.7+ years of TPM/Delivery Lead experience with infrastructure, software, or cloud migration programs.Strong experience with MS Project, Jira Align, SmartSheet, release management; PMP/PgMP/Agile certification preferred.
