The position involves providing care to patients in their homes, traveling within the Frankfort, IN area. The RN will participate in an on-call rotation to support patients as needed.Who You Are:Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana.Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience (home health preferred).Knowledge of OASIS documentation and Medicare home health regulations preferred.Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Care Plus Homehealth Care is an equal opportunity employer.
