Instructor – Mathnasium (Suwanee) We are hiring a Math Instructor in Suwanee who is passionate, friendly, and enthusiastic about helping kids succeed. This Instructor role is perfect for teachers, tutors, college students, and anyone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a meaningful impact through math education. No teaching experience is required — we will train you. Quick Role Summary As an Instructor, you will work directly with students to deliver engaging, confidence-building math instruction in a fun and supportive learning environment. Our Instructors motivate students, support homework needs, and help track academic progress while creating a welcoming experience for families. What We Offer $12–15 per hour Paid training — no prior teaching experience required Flexible, part-time schedule Opportunities for growth and leadership development across multiple centers Supportive, mission-driven team culture Meaningful work helping students build confidence in math What You Will Do Deliver effective, engaging math instruction as an Instructor Create a positive and welcoming environment for students and families Motivate and inspire students to learn and build confidence Support students with homework and skill development Track student progress and communicate with center leadership Collaborate with the Center Manager and instructional team Assist with daily center operations as needed Uphold Mathnasium’s instructional standards and values Core Responsibilities Student Instruction & Engagement Homework Support Progress Tracking & Communication Positive Classroom Culture Team Collaboration Required Skills & Qualifications Comfortable with math concepts up to Algebra Ability to connect with children and parents Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience working with children preferred (not required) Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic attitude Willingness to learn and follow the Mathnasium Method Schedule & Availability This is a part-time Instructor position with flexible hours. Typical schedule includes: Afternoons and evenings Weekend availability Hours vary by center needs We are seeking long-term candidates who can commit throughout the school year.
