The ideal candidate is organized, relationship-driven, financially minded, and comfortable balancing both office and field responsibilities.This is a long-term opportunity with strong earning potential, company support, and room for growth within a stable organization.What You’ll DoPrepare estimates and bids for civil construction and underground utility projectsManage projects from estimating through completionReview plans, specifications, and project requirementsCoordinate with clients, subcontractors, field teams, and vendorsHandle budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and project trackingSupport emergency repair estimates and ongoing commercial projectsBuild and maintain client relationships to generate ongoing business opportunitiesManage multiple projects and bid deadlines simultaneouslyTypes of ProjectsUnderground utilitiesSewer and water repairExcavation and site prepCommercial site developmentDirectional drilling projectsPublic and private infrastructure workQualificationsExperience estimating and/or managing civil construction projectsComfortable bidding projects ranging from smaller repairs to multi-million-dollar jobsStrong understanding of underground utilities, excavation, site work, or related civil tradesStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively with field and office teamsValid driver’s license requiredPrior field experience highly valuedCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary + performance-based earning potential$115,000 with variable compensation at 3% of estimated/collected revenue.Company vehicle providedCompany cell phone provided100% employer-paid employee health insurance premiumOptional dental, vision, life insurance, and supplemental coverage availableLong-term growth opportunity with an established companyMonday–Friday schedule with flexibility based on project deadlines
