Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Copiague, NY, for a Construction Administrator. The Construction Administrator will oversee project coordination and ensure the quality standards of construction administration services. Responsibilities include managing submittals, overseeing project timelines, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects within scope and budget. Qualifications Proficiency in Project Coordination and Construction Administration ServicesStrong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and contractorsExperience handling Submittals and managing related documentationKnowledge and experience in Project Management principles and practicesAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced construction environmentProficiency in relevant project management and office software toolsPrevious experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
