As a Server, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized, high-quality service in a warm, welcoming environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will directly contribute to making every meal a special occasion for our residents. Key Responsibilities: Provide top-notch dining service to residents and guests, ensuring a warm, courteous, and professional experience. Take and deliver orders efficiently while maintaining a positive, attentive attitude. Collaborate with kitchen and management staff to ensure the highest level of service. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area. Anticipate residents’ needs and provide personalized service, ensuring their satisfaction. Follow all food safety and cleanliness guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment. Qualifications: Previous experience in fine dining or hospitality preferred. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. Compassionate, with a genuine desire to enrich the lives of senior residents.
