Job Posting DescriptionDepartment Summary:The Infusion and Day Treatment Program is a specialized outpatient care initiative serving patients from infancy through adulthood. It offers an alternative to inpatient hospitalization for individuals requiring infusion therapies and innovative medical day treatments. The program emphasizes a safe, secure, and family-centered environment, fostering strong, ongoing relationships between patients, families, and a dedicated healthcare team. Therapeutic services offered include, but are not limited to, infusion treatments, food allergy testing, and diagnostic testing.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient careAdminister infusion treatments and provide clinical support in an outpatient settingWork a full-time schedule (36 hours/week) with a mix of 8, 10 and 12 hour shifts, including rotating days/evenings and every third weekendHours of the Clinic: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 9:00 pm and Saturday & Sunday from 7:00am - 5:30pmMinimum QualificationsEducation:A Bachelor's degree in nursing.Experience:Minimum of 2 years of RN experience; pediatric experience preferredInfusion experience and IV skills preferred.Licensure/ Certifications:Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
