Customer Operations Manager

We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing company launching a new U.S. operation to identify a Customer Operations Manager who will play a key role in building and owning the order-to-delivery process from the ground up.This is not a traditional customer service role—this position sits at the center of customers, production, logistics, and supply chain, with real ownership and influence over how the operation runs.What you’ll be doing:Own the full order lifecycle from order entry through production, shipment, and invoicingServe as the primary point of contact for customer purchasing teamsWork directly with manufacturing leadership to align production schedules with customer commitmentsHelp establish processes and workflows as the operation scalesCoordinate with suppliers to ensure materials availabilityPartner with logistics to manage shipments and delivery timelinesTrack orders, solve problems quickly, and communicate proactively with customersWhat we’re looking for:Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or a product-based environmentBackground in order management, inside sales, supply chain, or operations coordinationExperience working with ERP or order management systemsSomeone comfortable in a startup or build-out environment—able to create structure, not just follow itStrong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionallyWhy this role stands out:Opportunity to help build a new operation from the ground upHigh visibility with leadership and direct impact on customer experienceBroad exposure across operations, supply chain, and commercial teamsClear path for growth as the organization scalesIf you’ve worked in a manufacturing environment and want a role where you can have real ownership and help shape how things are built, I’d be open to connecting.
