This role will primarily focus on the IDH-targeted franchise (VORANIGO and TIBSOVO) and collaborate cross-functionally to drive brand performance, customer engagement, and business growth.Key Responsibilities1. Brand Strategy & PlanningSupport development of U.S. strategic marketing plans for solid tumor brandsTranslate market insights into actionable strategies, KPIs, and resource allocationUtilize market research, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to guide decisionsIncorporate global best practices and industry trends2. Marketing Execution & Content DevelopmentLead digital and omnichannel marketing initiatives (web, email, media campaigns)Manage HCP (Healthcare Professional) media planning and optimizationCollaborate with external agencies for creative development and campaign executionDrive innovation through new channels, personalization, and emerging technologiesTrack and optimize KPIs using analytics tools and dashboardsEnsure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standardsSupport congress activities including booth strategy, content, and training3. Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, HEOR, Regulatory, and Communications teamsWork with analytics and market research teams to derive insights and improve performanceCollaborate with IT and digital teams for campaign execution and KPI trackingCoordinate with Legal, Regulatory, and Medical teams for promotional approvals4. Leadership & InfluenceLead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environmentInfluence stakeholders without direct authorityPresent insights, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to leadershipRequired QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree (Science, Arts, or related field); MBA preferred5+ years of commercial experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industryMinimum 2+ years in marketing rolesExperience in oncology, solid tumors, or rare diseases strongly preferredCore SkillsProven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies for product growthStrong experience with digital marketing campaigns and product launchesKnowledge of omnichannel marketing and promotional mix optimizationSolid understanding of pharmaceutical compliance and regulatory environmentStrong project management and stakeholder coordination skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesTechnical SkillsExperience with tools such as Veeva CRM and Vault PromoMats (preferred)Familiarity with analytics platforms and KPI tracking
