Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Pump Consultants & Service Technicians based in Asbury Park, NJ. The role involves assessing client needs, consulting on appropriate pump solutions, performing maintenance and repair of pump systems, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting, providing technical support, and maintaining accurate service documentation. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills for troubleshooting and problem-solvingSpirited and AmbitiousExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team membersAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently on various tasksRelevant technical training or certifications in pump systems or mechanical equipment (preferred)Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites
