Resource Manager (Contract)SummaryA leading entertainment and streaming organization is seeking a Creative Operations & Resource Manager to support creative and production teams across television, sports, editorial, and brand initiatives. This role is responsible for optimizing resource allocation, overseeing capacity planning, and providing actionable reporting and operational insights that support efficient creative execution.The ideal candidate has experience managing creative operations within entertainment, design, or marketing environments and is highly skilled at balancing workloads, forecasting resource needs, and driving process improvements. This individual should be collaborative, analytical, highly organized, and comfortable working cross-functionally with creative leadership, producers, and project stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesManage the allocation of creative resources including editors, animators, graphic designers, creative directors, and producers across multiple creative initiatives and programs.Partner closely with creative leadership, producers, and project leads to balance workloads, forecast staffing needs, and prioritize initiatives.Oversee and maintain resource management and project tracking tools to support organizational capacity planning.Develop and maintain highly visual dashboards and reporting related to resource deployment, utilization, efficiency, and capacity planning.Communicate resource availability, project timelines, and staffing updates clearly to stakeholders and leadership teams.Identify workflow optimization opportunities and implement process improvements across creative operations.Support operational planning and contribute to scalable systems that improve team efficiency and collaboration.Maintain accurate resource and project data to support reporting and strategic planning initiatives.Required Qualifications5–7 years of experience in creative operations, resource management, or production management within a design, entertainment, marketing, or creative studio environment.Proven experience managing resource allocation across diverse creative teams.Strong analytical skills with experience building visual reports and dashboards for leadership teams.Proficiency with Wrike or similar project management and resource planning tools.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Strong understanding of creative development workflows, particularly within television, film, or design-focused environments.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with premium entertainment, streaming, or digital content ecosystems.Passion for television, film, and visual storytelling.Experience supporting creative or production organizations with high-volume project workflows.Contract Details12-month contract assignmentRemote scheduleCandidates must reside within 100 miles of Culver City, CAPay Rate: $71/hourEqual Opportunity StatementMathys+Potestio values applicants of all backgrounds and experiences.
