SAP Master Data Support Analyst

Crew business analysis associates help determine business and technology needs, design solutions, improve processes, and represent stakeholders in project efforts.ResponsibilitiesSAP Master Data ManagementCreate and update Raw Material (ROH) records within SAPSupport material setup activities related to rebranding initiativesReview material requests for completeness and accuracyEnsure data is entered and maintained in accordance with established business rules and governance standardsAssist with mass updates, data cleanup, and data validation activitiesRequest and Ticket ManagementReceive, prioritize, and process incoming master data requestsTrack requests through completion and provide timely updates to stakeholdersFollow up with requestors to obtain missing information and resolve issuesPartner with cross-functional teams to drive tickets to closureEscalate issues when necessary to prevent delays to business operationsProcess Documentation and Continuous ImprovementMaintain and improve existing documentation as processes evolveIdentify opportunities to streamline master data workflows and improve efficiencySupport knowledge transfer and training activities for internal stakeholdersMetrics and ReportingTrack operational metrics including request volume, backlog, turnaround time, and completion ratesDevelop reports and dashboards to monitor team performance and workload trendsIdentify recurring issues and recommend process improvements based on data analysisQualificationsExperience working with SAP, ERP systems, master data, data management, or similar business processesStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyExcellent organizational and follow-up skillsAbility to manage multiple requests simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience creating or maintaining process documentationTake ownership of requests from intake through completionDemonstrate strong customer service and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working with limited documentation and helping define new processesMaintain a high level of accuracy when entering and validating dataProactively identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce reworkEffectively balance transactional work with documentation and continuous improvement effortsPreferred QualificationsExperience working with SAP S4 HANA Material Master dataExperience supporting product lifecycle management, or supply chain operationsExperience with ticket management systemsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsExperience creating metrics reports or dashboardsExperience working in a regulated manufacturing environmentThe salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
