Hi-Rel PCB Supervisor
Hi-Rel Supervisor oversees teams involved in manufacturing Solders and Assemblers. The successful candidate will have - 5-10 years experience soldering/assembly of surface mount and through-hole components and wiring chassis under a microscope in production environment with knowledge of standard manufacturing tools. J-STD-001 Certified, wiring/soldering (S-level a plus) IPC-A-610. Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, written instructions, wiring lists and discuss work related issues.Hands-on assembly supervisor working on floor assembling/wiring electronic assemblies as well as supervise personnel within the Assembly group. Education And Required SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent. 5-10 years’ experience soldering/assembly of surface mount components experience in PCB or electronics assembly, preferably in a Hi-Rel or relative environment Proficiency in soldering to IPC J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 Class 3 standards. Certification in IPC J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610 is strongly preferredWorking knowledge of assembling electronic products with good dexterity and able to follow work instructions.Experience working under Microscope and magnification and with fine-pitch components. Familiarity with ESD protection procedures. Ability to read and understand technical documents and drawings. Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
