Manager, Product Manager

A leading financial services institution is looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to join their Enterprise Payments team. This organisation is at the forefront of digital transformation within the banking sector, driving innovation and modernising payment systems to create seamless experiences for customers.The Role Reimagining the status quo and identifying value creation opportunities within enterprise payments. Driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology. Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, and business partners. Shaping product strategy and developing, launching, and enhancing payment experiences. Blending digital design with backend integration to provide real-time transaction capabilities. Navigating technical development with partners and communicating user experience and operational aspects to business stakeholders.What You'll Need At least 3 years of experience in Product Management. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration. Deep passion for payments and product-centric thinking. Ability to analyze problems and develop simple, intuitive solutions. Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products is a plus.
