We specialize in roofing, siding, windows, doors, decks, framing, and exterior renovations throughout the Rochester area.ResponsibilitiesLead daily site operations for deck builds, framing, roofing, siding, and window/door installsDirect and mentor crew members to keep projects moving efficiently and safelyEnsure work quality meets company standards and project specificationsMaintain a productive, clean, and organized job siteWork safely at heights and across all weather conditionsRequirementsValid driver's license and reliable transportation (Required)Strong background in residential framing, exterior renovations, and carpentryProven ability to lead a crew, take initiative, and solve problems on-siteMust be reliable, punctual, and possess excellent communication skillsAbility to lift 75+ pounds and work on roofs/ladders safely
