Title: Construction Litigation AssociateCompensation: Base $140K-$180K+ (DOE) + $10K hours bonus @ 1950Location: Onsite - Tampa, FLPosition OverviewWe are a national firm seeking an attorney with 4+ years of experience in construction litigation for our Tampa office. The position requires the capacity to handle all aspects of litigation independently or as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, writing abilities, and strong academic credentials. The ability to proactively organize and prioritize will be necessary for managing their caseload. Florida law license required.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts and agreements.Provide legal advice on issues related to construction law and regulations.Support the project management team in resolving disputes and litigation matters.Conduct legal research and analysis related to construction practices and regulations.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements.Prepare and maintain legal documentation and correspondence related to construction projects.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to practice in Florida3+ years of experience in construction litigation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.BenefitsBase Salary: $140K-$180K+ (DOE)Hours bonus of $10K @ 1950 hoursMedical, Vision, Dental401k
