Job Title: Program ManagerJob ID: POS-19102Primary Skill: Delivery ManagementResponsibilitiesDefine and implement data quality strategy, test approach, and QA processesCollaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignmentOversee development and execution of automation frameworks for data testingLead and manage Data QA analysts and automation engineers, including task planning, execution tracking, mentoring, and performance reviews.Plan and allocate QA resources, including interview panels and team capacityEnsure adherence to data governance and compliance standardsDrive test automation using Python to validate large‑scale datasets, schemas, metrics, and regression scenarios.Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and automation coverage.Solve impediments for executing the QA strategy by addressing technical and dependency complexity.Plan for risk management, anticipate bottlenecks, mitigate risks and communicate effectively with stakeholders.Manage internal as well as external stakeholder expectations.Requirements - Must haveBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field.15+ years of IT experience, including 4-5 years in managing Data QA projects.Prior hands-on QA experience in Snowflake, Informatica CDV/DVO, SQL, Oracle, API Testing using Postman, Python libraries for QA automation.Experience in executing QA projects in P&C insurance domain.Hands on experience managing team’s deliverables using agile boards such as: Rally / Jira / Azure DevOps.Prior experience in managing large QA initiatives in a customer-facing role.Strong experience in onsite-offshore delivery model.Strong project management and leadership skills.Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences.Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple projects.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.About The CompanyFounded in 2000 with the core belief that impactful change comes from deep commitment, ValueMomentum specializes in delivering measurable results across the P&C value stream.
