The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and leading the sales team, developing and executing a clear go-to-market strategy, and partnering with company presidents to ensure that sales strategy is in line with business objectives. This role requires a leader with a strong background in sales, particularly in the areas of transformers and magnetics, who can operate at both the strategic and execution levels. Key responsibilities include defining and refining go-to-market strategies, leading the development of a robust New Product Introduction process, and engaging with key customers to drive sustainable growth. Applicants for the Group Vice President of Sales position at the company should have 7-10 years of executive-level sales leadership experience, ideally in electronic components or industrial manufacturing, and a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of senior sales experience in a relevant industry is essential, with a proven track record of selling magnetics and transformer components to OEMs and industrial customers. The role demands a leader with a strong understanding of B2B distribution networks, OEM relationships, and rep-based sales models, as well as the ability to drive revenue growth in technically complex environments. Experience in shaping product strategy, an MBA, and exposure to global or multi-entity organizations are considered advantageous.
