Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and proactive Intelligent Automation/RPA Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in translating business requirements into efficient Intelligent Automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. You will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and configuring applications using automation tools to streamline business processes and meet application requirements.Key Responsibilities :Analyze and translate customers' business requirements into Intelligent Automation / RPA solutions.Design, develop, and configure applications leveraging automation tools to optimize processes.Maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, testing procedures, and scenarios.Actively participate in process reviews to ensure thorough understanding prior to automation implementation.Provide technical solutions, estimate efforts, and develop delivery strategies and plans.Assess technical feasibility and prioritize proposed automation opportunities.Conduct detailed estimations for proposed automation processes.Deliver post-Go-Live operational support and guidance during the stabilization phase.Requirements :Proven experience in implementing Intelligent Automation and RPA solutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent documentation and process review capabilities.Ability to provide innovative technical solutions and effectively prioritize tasks.Experience in delivering post-implementation support and resolving technical challenges.
