Our vertically integrated supply chain supports utility‑scale, commercial, and residential solar projects, with a strong emphasis on operational excellence, safety, and compliance.About the Role:The Production Lead is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring employees follow safety, quality, and productivity standards throughout the solar module manufacturing process. This role provides hands-on leadership, supports production employees across multiple stations, troubleshoots production issues, monitors workflow, and ensures materials and equipment are properly maintained to meet production goals.Responsibilities:Lead and support production employees during daily manufacturing operations while ensuring safety, quality, attendance, and productivity standards are consistently metMonitor production lines and equipment to maintain efficient workflow and minimize downtimeTrain employees on production processes, equipment operation, and safety proceduresTroubleshoot production and equipment issues and escalate concerns when necessaryEnsure materials are loaded properly and coordinate replenishment with material handling teamsReview inspection and EL test results, coordinate rework when needed, and ensure product quality standards are metMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all timesOversee daily operations across all production areas including Stringing, Layup, Material Handling, EL Inspection, Framing, Cleaning, Soldering, and PackingEnsure finished products are properly packed, labeled, wrapped, and prepared for shipmentMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredPrevious manufacturing or production experience requiredPrior leadership or team lead experience preferredExperience in solar manufacturing or automated production environments is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to stand for long periods and lift materials as neededSchedule:Training hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Upon completion of training, the schedule will transition to a rotating 12-hour shift schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and 3 days off.Location:Training will be conducted at our Cypress, TX facility.
