Security Guard Card Training Program

Code 4 Training Center is seeking motivated individuals interested in starting a career in private security. This entry‑level trainee position is designed for candidates who need their California BSIS Guard Card. We provide the required training, guidance, and support to help you become job‑ready for security positions throughout Los Angeles County. Please note: Training fees apply for the BSIS approved Guard Card course. Responsibilities Complete 3 hours online and 5 hours in person for a total of 8 hours all together Learn basic security procedures, observation skills, and professional conduct Pass test with 100% Maintain a professional attitude and willingness to learn Requirements Must be 18 years or older Must have a valid ID Must be eligible to work in the United States No experience required — training is provided Strong communication and reliability preferred Compensation This is an entry‑level trainee opportunity. This is a pathway to employment, not a direct job placement. Unarmed Security officers typically earn $17–$22/hr after obtaining their Guard Card and securing employment with a licensed security company.
