Operations Coordinator
The Blank Workshop is a fast-growing custom apparel production company specializing in screen printing, embroidery, DTF printing, fulfillment, and branded merchandise. We work with clothing brands, businesses, corporate clients, and creators across the country.

Position Overview
As our Operations Coordinator, you’ll help keep the business running smoothly by managing customer communication, organizing projects, coordinating orders, and assisting with day-to-day operations.
This is a hands-on role. While administrative and customer-facing responsibilities are a major part of the position, we’re looking for someone who is willing to jump in wherever needed to keep the business moving forward. That may include helping in production, organizing inventory, cleaning and maintaining workspaces, preparing orders for pickup or shipment, and supporting the team during busy periods.
We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates well, and enjoys making things more efficient.
ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service
Answer incoming phone calls
Respond to emails and customer inquiries
Follow up on open quotes and existing orders
Schedule customer appointments and showroom visits
Provide excellent customer service throughout each project
Sales & Order Management
Gather order information from customers
Build estimates and quotes
Create invoices and work orders
Coordinate artwork approvals
Order garments from vendors
Track purchase orders and incoming shipments
Operations
Coordinate production schedules
Keep customer orders organized and on schedule
Update internal spreadsheets and systems
Help improve company processes and documentation
Communicate with production staff to ensure deadlines are met
Assist with inventory organization and office management
Help coordinate shipping, pickups, and deliveries
Production & Shop Support
Assist with screen printing, embroidery, DTF, packaging, and fulfillment as needed
Count, sort, fold, and prepare garments for production
Help receive and organize incoming shipments
Maintain inventory organization throughout the facility
Assist with quality control checks
Help keep production areas clean, organized, and efficient
Support equipment setup and basic shop preparation tasks
Jump into projects wherever additional help is needed
Administrative Support
Manage calendars and appointments
Organize files and documents
Prepare reports when needed
Assist with special projects
Help prioritize daily tasks for the owner

Within your first few months, you’ll become the person who helps keep projects moving, customers informed, and daily operations organized. You’ll help free up the owner’s time by taking ownership of administrative and operational responsibilities while continuously improving how we do things.
You won’t be limited to a desk. You’ll become someone the team can rely on to solve problems, support production, maintain organization, and help ensure the entire business runs smoothly.
