Windows Engineer

Key qualifications:• Knowledge of Windows OS• Ability to identify, triage and debug technical design issues, arriving at root cause• Hands-on experience with VMware Horizon / Omnissa Horizon Client• User accounts management across multiple account types• Troubleshooting SMB/CIFS network share access and managing mapped drives• Application deployment & software management• HPC Cluster Administration• Knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint or similar tools• Good verbal and written communication skills in English, with an ability to work with different constituencies operating at various skill levels• Thrives in a dynamic work environment, both independently and as a part of a teamDesirable Qualifications:• Working knowledge of Siemens NX and Teamcenter as well as the mechanical design workflow• FEA & Simulation software knowledge such as Ansys products, Maxwell, HFSS, EDT, OpticStudio/Zemax, Additive Suite, EMC Plus• Networking & VPN diagnosis• Understanding of automated onboarding bots and experience debugging automation failures
