Field Research & Reporting Specialist

These Hourly Specialists will work closely with the program lead to observe, record and translate data and observations into reports. This role will require extensive time in the field as well as an ability to be adaptable to changing campaign needs.QualificationsMust havePrevious canvassing experienceExtreme attention to detail and a proven ability to instill that quality in othersEagerness to improve and provide feedbackSelf-starter with excellent problem-solving skillsTrack record of equity and inclusionStrong passion for community organizing and fostering civic engagementStrong technical adaptability with experience using Google workspace and learning systems quicklyNice-to-haveExperience with conducting formal academic studiesTechnical writing experienceSalary and Benefits: This is an hourly position at $22 per hour. We offer a generous benefits package, including paid vacation and sick leave, health insurance, and hands-on training.
