Box Truck Driver

Power-Flo Technologies, an ever growing group of companies headquartered in New Hyde Park, is seeking a box truck driver to join our warehouse team. Previous box truck experience required. CDL not required.Full Time. Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM.Route: We deliver on Long Island and in the 5 boroughs.Salary Range: $18 - $21/hourCompetitive Benefits PackageHealth insurance (medical, dental, vision)PTO program and paid holidays401KDay to Day of a Box Truck Driver :Pull and stage orders for shipmentSafely and efficiently pick up and deliver ordersLoad, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehiclePlan delivery route to maximize efficiency and productivity for the dayComplete delivery and pickup paperwork promptly and accurately, gathering the appropriate signatures and acknowledgementsObey all traffic laws and parking regulationsPerform basic warehouse work to include, removing sold parts from stock, placing received parts on shelves, processing items for shipment, receiving, organizing etc.Box Truck Driver Qualifications :Current, valid, and clean NYS driver's license to operate company box trucks and vehicles (7 years clean driving record)Box Truck (16-18 ft or larger) and/or Flatbed truck experience required.
