Checkers - Rally's - - Responsibilities: Manage successful restaurant shifts to achieve sales and profits goals; Train Team Members on operations, policies, and guest service; Promote guest satisfaction and manage restaurant operations; Escalate concerns or recommendations to General Manager; Ensure policies and procedures are followed on shifts
