Medical Assistant

Position AvailableFull time Medical Assistant. Front and back office experience required, at least one year working in a Dr.'s office setting. This is a small, private Practice with one Internal Medicine Physician. Regular hours; mostly 9 to 5 with one day 11 to 7, week day only. Certified Medical Assistant is a plus, but most be medical assistant trained with experience. Based on qualifications and experience, the position is $17/18 an hour. Most be able to room patients, take vitals, minor injections, autoclave, ear irrigations, EKG's, phone triage, attention to details, manage medication refill requests, schedule appointments, prior authorizations for medications and procedures, strong organizations skills, team player, and most important courteous to patients and other duties necessary to maintain practice and assist the Physician.
