Join our Full-Time Engagement Practice (FTEP) as a Junior Accountant to Senior Accountant, where you will contribute your skills in a dynamic work environment servicing diverse client needs. Our engagement professionals are full-time employees of our company, offering you career stability, robust training, and growth opportunities as you take on critical client assignments.Key Responsibilities:Assist or manage the preparation of financial statements, reports, and supporting schedulesPerform account reconciliations and analyze accounting dataProcess accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and journal transactionsEnsure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards; assist in implementing internal controls as neededParticipate in month-end and year-end close activities, audits, and process improvementsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activitiesCommunicate and collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to resolve accounting issues efficientlyQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (required)1–6+ years of accounting experience, with demonstrated growth in responsibilityProficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (knowledge of ERP systems preferred)Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesThe salary range for this position is $60k to $85k. Benefits are available including medical, vision, and dental, and life and disability insurance.
