Opportunities for advancement and career growth within!Health insurance benefits are available for full-time teammates.Griller Job Purpose Accurately and efficiently prepares a variety of hot and cold menu items following recipes, customer requests, and food safety standards.Duties And ResponsibilitiesSets up and stocks stations with all necessary ingredients and suppliesFollows a written prep sheet to prepare all required items for serviceFollows all recipes and specificationsMinimizes wasteMaintains a clean and sanitary working environmentEnsures high food qualityFollows all sanitation regulations and safety standardsMaintains a positive and professional approach with team members and customersSafely and accurately handles equipment, small wares, supplies, and toolsEnsures all systems are adhered to such as Line Checks and shelf livesEnsures that schedules are followed unless directed otherwise by managementFully supports all company decisions and directivesEnsures that food is delivered in a timely mannerMaintains an organized grill area, kitchen, walk-ins, and storageMaintains and cleans equipmentFollows company cash handling policies and proceduresFollows all sanitation and safety policiesMaintains valid state and local food handlers and alcohol certifications when applicableAdvises Restaurant Manager/ General Manager/ Regional Director of any non-routine situationsPerforms other duties as assigned by managementQualificationsMinimum age of 18 years oldMust have knowledge of cooking techniques and equipmentMust have knowledge of sanitation and safety proceduresMust keep work areas and food storage areas clean and safe at all timesMust be respectful of all customers, managers, team members, and vendorsMust have all required state and local certificationsMust have a calm and friendly demeanor at all times when interacting with customers and team membersMust be detail-orientedMust be service-centricMust be able to multitaskMust be able to run and maintain the dishwasherMust be available to work a variety of opens, swings, and closes including weekends and holidaysPhysical RequirementsMust be able to lift/carry up to 50 lb.Must be capable of constant walking, standing, and repeated stoopingMust have manual dexterity and be able to reach hands and arms in all directions and be able to perform twisting motions with wrists.If you need an accommodation to enable you to perform essential job functions, please notify usVerbal And Reasoning RequirementsMust be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to co-workers and managers.
