Role Description The Area Coach is a full-time, on-site leadership role located in Columbia, SC. This position is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple restaurant locations within an assigned area. Key responsibilities include coaching and developing store managers to meet operational standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing budgets, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies for growth. The Area Coach will also ensure compliance with company policies, promote team engagement, and create a positive work environment. Qualifications Leadership and Team Development: Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop store managers and team members to achieve their full potential. Experience in managing multi-unit operations is a plus.Operations Management: Expertise in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with standards, and improving overall performance.Financial Acumen: Strong skills in budgeting, cost management, and analyzing financial performance to drive profitability.Customer Service: Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high customer satisfaction.Analytical and Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze data, assess challenges, and implement strategic solutions effectively.Communication and Interpersonal: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in restaurant or multi-unit management is highly desirable.Flexibility and Availability: Willingness to work on-site in Columbia, SC, with the ability to travel between restaurant locations as needed.
