At INEX, we believe in empowering our employees through a supportive, team-driven culture.What You'll Do:Safely load drywall at the warehouse and deliver to nearby job sites (all stops can be made within the day).Operate Boom or Moffett equipment to stock drywall on-site (some walk-ups required).Ensure all deliveries are secure and compliant with DOT regulations.Work under a piece-rate pay structure - earn more for the work you do. What You'll Need:Valid CDL Class A or B licenseCurrent Medical CertificateClean MVR and ability to pass a DOT drug screenExperience with Boom or Moffett equipment requiredForklift experience is a plusStrong commitment to safety and professionalism Physical Requirements:Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 50-100 lbs. as neededClimb in and out of the truck cabSecure and unsecure loads safely Compensation & Benefits:Piece-rate pay based on stockingSafety Day incentivesMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with company matchPaid holidaysPaid vacation starting in January following hire date (prorated 1st year and 2 weeks after that)Ready to join a company where your hard work is recognized and rewarded?
