Sr. DevSecOps Engineer Location: Sterling, VA Work Type: Onsite Remote Work: No Job Description Gridiron IT is looking for a Sr. DevSecOps Engineer . Required Qualifications:We are actively seeking candidates with a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience. Bachelor's or master's degree in a STEM field is required. Specific skills include the following:At a minimum, meet DOD 8140 requirements (Security+ CE Certification)Expertise working with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), test automation and / or DevSecOps on iterative development projectsSolid ability to demonstrate solid engineering rigorDemonstrated experience with system testing and validationExpert troubleshooting and solutioning skillsExperience with Cloud architecture and system design (prefer AWS, but will consider Azure)Strong documentation skillsFamiliar with Agile MethodologiesAbility to accurately decompose tasks for Jira storiesDeveloping integration interfaces using Python, PowerShell, and GroovyExperience and comfortability with Basic DevOps Tooling (Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab, Active Directory, IdAM, and LDAP)Familiarity with Containerized Development environments (Rancher, Kubernetes)Expertise with creating robust test plansAbility to quickly get familiar with customer system security requirements and processesPreparation and maintenance of system componentsExperience with API Gateways, catalogs Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills :Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) infrastructure and toolsExperience with Cloud solution optimizationExperience configuring and instrumenting Virtualization tools (Grafana, Splunk)Experience with ServiceNowOther Cloud experience (Azure, Google, Oracle, IBM)Integration of virtualized applications and application streaming or layering techniquesAssist with leading and overseeing a total system perspective including technical understanding of relationships, dependencies and requirements of cloud services, infrastructure and security domainsSharePoint admin systems engineering experienceIBM Enterprise Lifcycle Management systems engineering experienceTeamWork Cloud/Cameo systems engineering experienceTableau systems engineering experienceClearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs.
