AR/VR Developer
TITLE: AR/VR Innovation DeveloperLOCATION: Atlanta, GA (4 days onsite per week)ANTICIPATED DURATION: 12+ month contractCore QualificationsDemonstrated proficiency with innovation and emerging technology tools, platforms, and ecosystems, with the ability to rapidly evaluate and apply new technologies to business challengesStrong understanding of technology trends, including extended reality (XR), artificial intelligence (AI), and digital transformation use casesTechnical ExperienceHands-on experience with AR/VR development, including design, prototyping, and deployment of immersive applicationsProficiency in Unity and/or Unreal Engine for building interactive 3D and XR experiencesExperience developing or supporting AR/VR training solutions (e.g., simulation-based learning, workforce training, safety training) is highly preferredExperience working with 3D assets, spatial computing concepts, and user interaction design in immersive environmentsAI & Automation SkillsExperience using, integrating, or developing AI-driven tools and applications (e.g., generative AI, machine learning models, conversational AI, or intelligent automation)Ability to prototype or build AI-enabled applications that enhance user experience, productivity, or decision-makingFamiliarity with AI frameworks, APIs, or platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, or similar) is a plusInnovation & DeliveryProven ability to prototype, test, and iterate on new technology concepts in a fast-paced innovation environmentExperience translating business needs into proofs of concept (POCs) and scalable solutionsStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to bridge technical capabilities and business valueCollaboration & CommunicationAbility to work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, developers, designers, and external partnersStrong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiencesExperience supporting demos, showcases, or executive briefings is a plusPreferred BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Interactive Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Prior experience in an innovation lab, R&D environment, or emerging technology teamThe hourly pay rate range for this position is $34.00 to $40.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
