To Apply for this Job Click Here Job ID: 752276 Industrial Manufacturing AssociateLocation: Columbus, INSchedule: 12-Hour Rotating Schedule (Includes Every Other Weekend)Position Type: Full-TimePay & Shift:1st Shift (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM): $15.60/hour2nd Shift (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM): $16.10/hourBonus Opportunity:$300 Retention Bonus paid after successful completion of 90 days of assignmentMust pass an aptitude test to be considered.Available PositionsMachine OperatorCast OperatorPaint OperatorFinal Inspection OperatorPosition ResponsibilitiesMachine OperatorHandle wheels throughout production processPerform 100% visual inspection using inspection sheetsDeburr all sharp edges and remove chips from wheelsCheck plate and pin according to production line and wheel modelInspect cap and pilot 100%Complete dimensional audits and SPC checks at required intervalsMake minor machine offsets as neededLift wheels onto skidsProperly tag all skidsBrush deburring, balance, and inspect wheelsMaintain smooth product flow to downstream processesWork as part of a team to keep production line moving continuouslyCast OperatorCommunicate clearly (read, write, and speak effectively)Promote and follow all company safety policiesVisually identify product defectsFollow work instructions and quality documentation systemsMeet productivity expectations in a physically demanding environmentLift up to 90 lbsWork in hot conditionsBend, squat, climb stairs/ladders as requiredAssist with mold removal and installationAssist with preventative maintenance cleaningMake necessary equipment adjustments (casting machines, saws, mold conditions, blast, die coat, preheat, etc.)Operate or be trained on robotic systems when requiredMonitor equipment, gauges, mold movement, and system abnormalitiesPaint OperatorWork 12-hour rotating schedule including every other weekendWork effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentLoad and install valve plugs into wheels and onto conveyorsScan and inspect wheels for defectsOffload wheels from conveyors onto palletsInstall masking before powder applicationMaintain cleanliness of work area as directedFinal Inspection OperatorMaintain regular attendanceWork 12-hour rotating schedule including every other weekendLoad and unload wheels on/off conveyor linesPerform detailed visual inspection for surface imperfections (up to 60 defect types)Check face, exterior, and interior diametersDeburr wheels as necessaryMove conforming parts down production line; route non-conforming parts to fallout lineDocument casting information and defect codes for rejected partsProperly tag and palletize non-conforming partsEnter reject data into computer system (cast code, date, mold, defect code)Perform buffing rework when necessaryPlace final wheels on pallets or containers per documented work instructionsRequirementsMust pass aptitude testAbility to work 12-hour rotating shifts including every other weekendAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to lift up to 90 lbs (Cast Operator role)Strong attention to detailTeam-oriented mindsetBasic computer skills (for inspection and documentation roles)Commitment to safety and quality standardsIf you are dependable, physically capable, and ready to build a career in manufacturing, apply today and earn your $300 retention bonus after 90 days!Malone is an Equal Opportunity Employer2000037 To Apply for this Job Click Here No tags.
