Techniques may include termination, wire and cable preparation, population, assembly, electronic testing, and covering. You may utilize buildboards or assembly aids to assemble and test.Essential DutiesAssemble wire harnesses of low to medium complexity in accordance with production documentation and quality standardsAssemble wire harnesses using an assembly aid or buildboard in accordance with production documentation and quality standardsTest assembled harnesses to ensure they meet customer requirements and production standardsCover, label, terminate, and perform other assembly techniques per production documentation and quality standardsControl equipment, tools, materials, and documentation appropriatelyDetect and report equipment malfunctions promptly to managementUse tools and equipment properly to minimize downtime and breakageComplete production documentation according to standardsNotify management promptly of material defectsFollow established company policies and proceduresAdhere to ISO requirements related to the job areaPerform other duties reasonably related to the positionRequirementsEducation and Experience High School Diploma, GED, or High School Equivalence CertificateKnowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesRead and understand work-related documents in EnglishSpeak and write effectively to convey informationUse both US Customary and Metric Units of measure on a measuring tapeApply mathematics to solve problems and understand work informationKeep job documents and materials properly identified and organizedMeet customer and company quality and timeline requirementsWork with general supervision and guidanceCooperate with coworkers and managementGrasp new concepts and skills quicklyUnderstand and apply mechanical concepts and principles to solve problemsManage workload for maximum efficiency while maintaining qualityUse sound judgment to make good decisionsAdjust quickly to different assigned dutiesPlan and prioritize work to meet deadlinesPhysical Requirements And Working Conditions20/20 vision with correctionAbility to differentiate between red and green colorsLift 25–50 pounds for up to 30 seconds at a time, 3–4 times per dayStand for three hours at a timeMake coordinated hand and finger movements to grasp and manipulate objectsJoin Us If you are looking for a career where you can grow personally, professionally, and spiritually, while working with a team that truly values you, then Qualtronics is the place for you.
