Position: Pediatrician- Sacramento, CAEmployment Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday-Friday Day ShiftPay: $220,000 - $280,000Position Overview:We are seeking a Board-Certified Pediatrician to join a mission-driven community health organization serving underserved and diverse pediatric populations. This role is ideal for providers passionate about improving access to high-quality, patient-centered care in a community-based setting.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive pediatric primary care for patients from birth through age 19Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and developmental needs.Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic testsPrescribe and manage appropriate treatment plans.Provide patient and family education and follow-up care.Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams.Maintain timely documentation and manage in-basket tasks.Patient Volume & WorkflowAverage 3 patients per hour (20-minute visits)Includes 2 telehealth visits per dayDedicated administrative time dailyCharts completed within 72 hours.EPIC EMR experience preferredQualificationsMD or DO from an accredited medical school (ECFMG/Fifth Pathway accepted)Board Certified in PediatricsActive, unrestricted California medical licenseDEA and CPR certification required1-2 years of experience in FQHC or underserved settings preferredStrong commitment to serving medically underserved familiesBenefits403(b) retirement plan with up to 4% employer match (immediate vesting)Medical, dental, and vision insurance optionsEmployer-funded Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)Flexible Spending Accounts (Health & Dependent Care)Company-paid life and AD&D insuranceOptional supplemental insurance plans4 weeks PTO + paid holidaysMalpractice and tail coverage
