They also work with area employers to expand job opportunities that are mutually beneficial to the job seeker and the business community. The Employer Outreach Specialist creates, fosters, and manages relationships with potential and current employees. IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL: 📝Seek out new employers with the intention of creating warm leads, customize, and support employment opportunities for people SEEC supportsDevelop relationships with industry and community leaders, including trade organizations, chambers of commerce and civic groupsMaintain relationships with assigned existing employers, warm leads, and trade groups.Conduct and document informational interviews and participate in tours of businesses with potential employers to learn about the businesses, their operations, the business cultures, the work environments, and current or anticipated future opportunities and challenges facing each business.Use metric-based tools such as Benefit’s and Needs Analysis to quantify and categorize job potentials, opportunities, and areas of focus ABOUT YOU 🥇Bachelors degree requiredRequires a minimum 5 years experience in business development, business ownership, Business to Business Sales or network buildingHave strong ability to network and maintain business relationshipsFamiliarity or willingness to become familiar with customizing employment, recruiting, workforce development and business analyticsWE OFFER 🏆Health, Dental & Vision Plans.Competitive PayLTD & Basic Life InsurancesMatching 403BPaid Vacation.Tuition Assistance Program.Employee Program Assistance.And more! SEEC is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce in an inclusive culture environment.
