Administrative Assistant

FEHE Enterprises Inc. is currently seeking a professional, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative/Office Assistant to join our Administrative Department. This role provides daily operational and administrative support to leadership and staff while helping maintain efficient office operations. Candidates with prior medical office or healthcare administration experience are strongly preferred.Duties And ResponsibilitiesAreas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:Office Administration & CoordinationMaintain and update office procedures, records, and administrative systems.Manage incoming phone calls, emails, mail, and general office correspondence.Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls.Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.Assist with data entry, reporting, and document preparation.Support day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and professionalism.Administrative SupportProvide administrative support to leadership and management staff.Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and correspondence as needed.Assist with onboarding paperwork and new hire documentation.Coordinate meetings, take meeting notes, and maintain records when necessary.Serve as a liaison between departments, staff, vendors, and clients.Medical Office Support (Preferred)Assist with medical administrative duties such as patient scheduling, intake documentation, insurance verification, and maintaining confidential records.Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company confidentiality standards.Support healthcare-related administrative processes and workflow coordination.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum of 2–3 years of administrative or office support experience required.Medical office, healthcare administration, or home healthcare experience preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office systems.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience and qualificationsProfessional and supportive work environmentOpportunities for growth and advancementBenefits package availableFEHE Enterprises Inc.is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
