Veeva is building the first modern cloud LIMS system and is hiring Solution Consultants to confidently demonstrate the power and value to our customers.As a member of the Veeva LIMS team, you will partner with Strategy and Sales in supporting the sales process by leading customer business benefit-centric demonstrations of Vault LIMS within the Vault Quality Suite. This is an opportunity to build new skills with the first modern LIMS application and addressing the lab of the future to meet the objectives of our customers. At Veeva, you will work with a passionate, growing team within an environment focused on employee and customer success.Opportunities are available across Europe for this role as this is a remote position.What You'll DoDemonstrating Veeva LIMS to prospective and existing customers by:Conducting needs analysis to identify key customer requirementsConfiguring and delivering compelling solution demonstrations of Veeva LIMS and other Veeva Quality Cloud applicationsApplying industry experience to guide customers to a best-in-class solutionProviding solution-oriented and business value generating responses as well as aligned delivering presentations to Requests for Proposals/Information (RFPs/RFIs)Leading Workshops, Conference Room Pilots (sandbox exercises), and Proof of Concepts to help our customers vividly understand how their business process can be enhanced through the deployment of Veeva LIMSCollaborating with internal and cross-functional teams to ensure customer successSupporting marketing activities such as recording videos, presenting webinars, and attending industry eventsBeing a trusted advisor to the customer and the functional key person throughout the sales cycleRequirements3+ years of experience working with, delivering, or supporting LIMS applications for the manufacturing sector3+ years of experience in the Pharma/Biotech, MedTech, or similarly regulated industryKnowledge of quality/manufacturing operations in Pharma/Biotech and/or Medical Device/Diagnostics sectorsWillingness to travel 20-40%, primarily in the EU (when possible)Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsDriven self-starter; able to work independentlyUnderstanding process design and Quality processes/operationsCritical thinking and problem solvingNice to HaveSuccess in pre-sales or similar customer-facing role for a software companyKnowledge of the QC process and/or LIMS Master Data.
