Seasonal Rental Counter Team Member - Hartville

Seasonal Rental Team Member Seasonal Dates: March 15 – July 4 We’re looking for Seasonal Rental Team Members to support our Rental Department during our busy spring and early summer season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, explaining equipment options, and helping ensure a smooth rental experience from start to finish. What You’ll Do Assist customers with rental equipment selection based on their project needs Process rental agreements and handle check-in/check-out of equipment Answer customer questions and explain proper equipment use and care Help prepare, stage, and return rental equipment Maintain a clean, organized rental area Work closely with team members to ensure efficient, friendly service What We’re Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable explaining product and equipment information to customers Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Willingness to work Saturdays and evenings up to 7:00 pm Ability to lift and move equipment as needed Schedule & Store Hours Seasonal employment: March 15 – July 4 Store Hours: Monday–Friday: 8:00 am – 7:00 pm Saturday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm Scheduling will include evenings and Saturdays Why Work With Us?
