This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast paced, process driven environments and enjoy solving complex customer issues while collaborating across teams.The ideal candidate will bring strong critical thinking, communication, and problem solving skills with the ability to manage sensitive customer interactions professionally and empathetically. Candidates should be comfortable working with technology driven applications, handling escalated inquiries, and supporting high visibility client deliverables.Key Responsibilities• Respond to complex customer and client inquiries through phone, email, and written correspondence • Handle escalated customer situations with professionalism, empathy, and strong problem solving skills • Follow established project protocols, procedures, and supervisor guidance while adapting to changing priorities • Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution • Create, monitor, and update scripts and procedures for claims and correspondence teams • Identify project issues, errors, or trends and help implement resolution strategies • Support quality assurance initiatives and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate updates clearly across teams and stakeholdersRequired Qualifications• JD from an accredited US law school or foreign law degree with LLM required • Strong customer service and communication skills with professional phone etiquette • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with strong attention to grammar and detail • Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast paced environment • Comfortable handling difficult or escalated customer conversations • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams • Strong technical aptitude and comfort working in technology focused environments • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and AccessTalent Groups appreciates all applicants but will only contact those who meet the interview requirements.
