Cloud Support Technician Level 1.5 – MSPLocation: Plano, TXSalary: $50,000 – $60,000OverviewWe are a growing Managed Services Provider hiring a Cloud Support Technician Level 1.5 to provide remote support, troubleshoot end-user issues, and assist with entry-level cloud and infrastructure projects.This role is ideal for someone with MSP experience who has moved beyond basic help desk support and is ready for more exposure to Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VMware, Citrix, Windows Server, and cloud migrations. You will work closely with senior engineers while also handling support issues independently in a relaxed, collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide remote technical support for end users across multiple client environmentsTroubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Exchange, desktop, and application issuesSupport Active Directory tasks including users, groups, OUs, and basic Group Policy troubleshootingAssist senior engineers with cloud migrations, infrastructure projects, and client rolloutsSupport VMware, Citrix, Windows Server, and related technologiesHandle proactive and reactive support tickets while maintaining strong communication with clientsDocument issues, resolutions, and project updates clearlyDeliver professional support by phone, email, and remote toolsRequired ExperienceExperience working for a Managed Service Provider1–3+ years of IT support experience in a ticket-driven environmentStrong troubleshooting experience with Windows desktops and end-user issuesExperience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Active DirectoryExposure to Windows Server, VMware, Citrix, or cloud technologiesAbility to communicate clearly with clients by phone and emailStrong work ethic, reliability, and team-first mindsetBenefitsHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceGenerous PTORegular reviews and advancement opportunitiesTravel reimbursement when required
