Responsibilities Execute precise measurements and material fabrication to ensure structural integrity and aesthetic quality. Install and repair diverse fixtures and structural components, utilizing both wood and modern composite materials. Translate complex blueprints and technical drawings into actionable construction plans to drive project efficiency. Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional trade teams to maintain project timelines and site safety. Deliver professional communication to stakeholders, ensuring project outcomes align with client expectations. Apply specialized techniques in metal stud framing and acoustic ceiling grid installation to optimize interior spaces. Qualifications Required Skills Demonstrated professional experience in carpentry or a related construction trade. Proficiency in rough and finish carpentry techniques. Expertise in metal stud framing and drywall installation. Strong ability to interpret architectural schematics and construction documents. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with EIFS and stucco application systems. Proven track record in acoustic ceiling grid assembly. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to structural detail.
