Job Title: Supply Chain Data Governance Specialist /Change Management ConsultantLocation: 4440 Rosewood drive, Pleasanton, CA 94588Job Duration: 8 monthsWork timings: 8 AM to 4 PM PSTLevel of experience: 15 years MinBusiness & Leadership Skills15+ years of experience in data stewardship or data governance within the retail supply chain domainStrong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (procurement, planning, logistics)Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendationsStrong executive presence; able to communicate and present effectively to C-Suite leadershipDemonstrated success in driving process improvements; Lean or Six Sigma experience is a plusTechnical SkillsDeep expertise in data modeling, and metadata managementWorking knowledge of SQL and data-profiling techniques (preferred but not mandatory)Experience with data governance and data-quality platforms; ATLAN experience is a plusStrong understanding of retail inventory and supply chain data structures, system landscapes, and data flowsExperience building process-related AI agents is a plus
